The R9 Vetting Procedure
When using R9 Recruitment, we want to make sure that you have complete peace of mind and assurances that all checks have been made prior to any candidate starting with you. Health & Safety of your customers are our number one priority and due to some of the technical aspects of the positions we recruit for, we make sure that all compliance checks are carried out first.
These include:
- Initial phone screening to ensure they have the relevant experience required according to the specification provided
- If the candidate passes the initial phone screening, we will then put them through a technical test relevant to their skill set, which has been written by a Gas Safe Qualified Technical Manager
- 2 x References – at least one will be from their previous employer. These will check the technical competence, reliability, customer service and relationship with colleagues.
- All documentation will then be collated and presented in a pack, which will be sent to you prior to start date with full candidate information
